Henri de Perignon

Henri started his professional career in 1996 in the M&A Department at SBC Warburg France (UBS), concentrating on clients such as Alcatel and France Telecom. In 1997, he joined Lazard Frères (M&A) and was Senior Associate specialized in Technology, Media and Telecommunications. He notably advised companies such as Alcatel, Canal+, Havas, Lagardère, SFR, Telefonica and Vivendi Universal.

Henri joined Quilvest in 2001 to launch and build with Jérôme a global private equity practice in technology, healthcare and energy.

Through 2012, Henri executed more than 70 private equity transactions, mainly in the United States and Europe. He also developed a specific investment programme for EDF in private equity.

In late 2012, Jérôme and Henri led Quilvest Ventures’ spin off from the Quilvest Group to create Quadrille Capital.

Henri served as a combat tank platoon leader in the Alpine Division of the French Army.

He has a Master in Business from HEC, a Bachelor of Law degree from Paris II and is a “Lauréat des Universités” in Public Law (winner of Nation-wide contest).
