After practicing for more than 10 years at top-tier American law firms such as Skadden Arps, she served as General Counsel at CAPZA for nearly 6 years, where she supported the firm’s hypergrowth and its acquisition by AXA. In April 2025, she joined Quadrille Capital, where she is now Partner and COO.

She is also an Associate Professor of Finance at the Sorbonne, Head of the MMADE Master’s program (Management and Business Administration) and a member of SCAI (Sorbonne Cluster for Artificial Intelligence).

Céline holds a PhD in Finance from IAE Paris, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, in partnership with the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s degree from IÉSEG, a Master 2 in Tax Law and a Master 1 in International Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is admitted to the Paris and California Bars.
