Céline joined Quadrille Capital in May 2025 as General Counsel.

Previously, Céline acted as a Senior Associate (Corporate, M&A & Regulatory) at Skadden between 2011 and 2018, followed by a General Counsel position at CAPZA for almost 6 years. She is also an associate professor in finance, Head of the Master’s program in Business, and a member of the AI Center at Sorbonne University.

Céline holds a PhD in Philosophy, Finance, CSR and ESG from Université Paris 1-Sorbonne, in partnership with the University of Berkeley. She is a member of the Paris and New York bars.
